Andreas K.
Remus renovated our bathroom from the planning right through to the level-access shower. Clean work, finished on time, and always easy to talk to. Highly recommended.
Drywall, conversions and alterations built clean and square
Interior fit-out is where a space changes shape. I build drywall partitions, line walls and ceilings, and carry out the alterations that turn an empty or dated room into the layout you actually want.
Plumbing and heating routes are planned into the structure from the start, so pipes and cables sit where they should and the finished surfaces stay clean and square. This is the advantage of having one tradesman who understands both the wet trades and the dry build.
Typical work includes loft and attic conversions, new partitions, framing for concealed cisterns and services, and tidy making-good around new openings. Everything is set out with a laser level so the lines are true.
The result is a solid, well-built interior ready for tiling, painting or flooring, finished to the standard the rest of the project deserves.
Usually within a few days, and faster for genuine emergencies. The best way to get a quick answer is to call or send a WhatsApp message with a short description and a photo of the job, and I will come back to you with the next available slot.
Yes, Saturday work is possible by arrangement, and I respond to genuine emergencies outside normal hours. Standard hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 18:00, with Sundays reserved for emergencies.
I work across Munich and the surrounding areas, including Schwabing, Bogenhausen, Haidhausen, Sendling, Pasing, Trudering, Grünwald, Garching and Ismaning. If you are unsure whether your location is covered, just ask.
Yes. I am a qualified Anlagenmechaniker for sanitary, heating and air-conditioning technology, trained and examined through the Handwerkskammer für München und Oberbayern, and the business is a registered trade in Munich.
Yes, of course, within the statutory warranty. I stand behind the quality of my workmanship and want every job to last, which is why the work is done properly the first time.
Call or message me on WhatsApp with a description of the job and a few photos, or use the contact page. For larger work such as a full bathroom, a free site visit lets me give you an accurate quote.
Yes, from planning right through to the finished room. I handle the full project from one hand: stripping out, new pipework, waterproofing, tiling, fixtures and the final fit-out, so you have a single point of contact throughout.
Yes. I am happy to advise before the work starts on layout, materials and the sequence of trades. Because I carry out the work myself, the advice is practical and grounded in what actually builds well.
Yes, level-access walk-in showers are a large part of my bathroom work. Proper tanking and a correctly set linear drain keep the wet area dry, and the result is a modern, easy-to-use shower.
It depends on the size and scope, but a typical full bathroom usually takes a couple of weeks from strip-out to finish. I give you a realistic timeline as part of the quote so you can plan around the work.
Both are possible. I am happy to supply quality materials and fixtures or to fit items you have already chosen. We agree this up front so the quote is clear.
No. I do not carry out any work on gas installations. My heating work covers the wet side of the system: radiators, pipework, manifolds, underfloor heating and controls. Any gas appliance work is left to a registered gas engineer.
Yes. Removing old radiators and installing new ones is a regular job. I can also balance the system afterwards for more even heat and a cleaner finish.
Yes, I lay and connect underfloor heating loops and manifolds, typically as part of a renovation or interior fit-out where the floor is already being worked on.
Yes. I carry out fault-finding, maintenance and optimisation on heating systems. I trace the actual cause, explain what needs doing, and put it right cleanly, within the limits of non-gas work.
Yes, that is core sanitary work: washbasins, WCs with concealed cisterns, taps, mixers and complete bathroom fixtures, all installed cleanly and pressure-tested.
I work with quality components from trusted brands such as Geberit, Grohe and Hansgrohe. If you have a preference, let me know, and I can supply the materials or fit parts you have already bought.
Yes. Leaks are exactly the kind of job I respond to quickly. I trace the source, repair it properly, and make sure it does not lead to follow-on damage.
